When you request a demo, information you enter in the iClosed calendar may include your name, professional contact details, company and anything else you choose to share. It is used to arrange the meeting and respond to your request.

Operating and hosting the website may generate technical data, including IP addresses, browser information and request logs, to provide access and protect the site. OPUS FRANCE does not create a separate access log on this static website.

iClosed may capture contact details after you leave a field in its form, even if you do not complete the booking.

Legal bases

We process demo requests to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We operate and secure the website on the basis of our legitimate interests. If you later receive commercial outreach, you can object at any time by writing to legal@opus-world.com.

Recipients and service providers

Authorised OPUS FRANCE personnel access data needed to respond to requests. iClosed provides the booking calendar and acts as a processor for booking data. Vercel Inc. hosts the website. These services may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. The providers state that they use contractual safeguards, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where needed.

Retention

OPUS FRANCE keeps prospect data related to demo requests for three years from the prospect’s last active contact, then deletes or anonymises it, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. This period applies to data held in iClosed on its behalf.

Technical data is kept according to the hosting service settings for as long as needed for security and diagnostics. OPUS FRANCE does not maintain a separate archive of these logs on this static website.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or restrict its processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where the law provides, request data portability. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Booking calendar and cookies

The iClosed booking calendar is a third party service. Loading it may share data with iClosed and use tracking technologies. It loads only after you choose to open it. You can also visit the calendar directly on iClosed’s website.

This website integrates Vercel Analytics to measure its audience. There are no advertising tools in this website’s code. The providers may use technical technologies needed to operate the hosting and calendar services.
